Job summary

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• 7+ years of management consulting experience within Consumer Products, Retail, and/or Logistics with sales and account growth.
• Proven ability to sell and lead large, complex transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth through proactive pitches, business case development, and account mining.
• Sell and lead large-scale transformation programs from identification to contract close.
• Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to build a robust pipeline.
• Develop and pitch POVs on AI- and data-driven topics to open conversations with clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI, supply chain planning, and procure-to-pay/order-to-cash.
• Lead and oversee delivery of complex programs, ensuring quality and value realization.
