Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 2 in Plano to drive industrial manufacturing projects, align with client goals, and lead cross-functional teams. You will shape project scope, manage budgets, and deliver technology-driven supply chain transformations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience in supply chain advisory/consulting or large-scale transformations.
• CXO-level interaction experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis, E2Open, O9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder.
• Exposure to AI possibilities in SCM.

• Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates.
• Drive process improvements using product research and benchmarking.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets.
• Support technical and commercial proposals aligned to client needs.
• Plan resource allocation and facilitate team development.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements with proper approvals.
