The role emphasizes selling, delivering, and mentoring teams while engaging with C-level executives to shape strategy, operating models, and digital initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record selling and delivering consulting engagements.
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong program management expertise.
• Understanding of technology and architecture imperatives for consulting and IT transformation.
• Experience working with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, operating model transformation, process optimization, and digital initiatives for manufacturers.
• Sell, lead, and deliver engagements while guiding client relationships and ensuring successful delivery.
• Provide strong program management and collaborate with clients and Cognizant teams to deliver improvements.
• Drive AI-led discussions and workshops tailored to manufacturing needs across Industrial, Process, and Diversified segments.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams and contribute to thought leadership via white papers, workshops, and webinars.
