Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years in management consulting.
- Experience in manufacturing, finance operations or backoffice transformation with ERP knowledge.
- Hands-on ERP experience with Oracle/SAP platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and relocate to Infosys hub offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery of consulting engagements with quality, budget and staffing oversight.
- Guide and mentor teams; contribute to thought leadership and industry knowledge.
- Define target operating models for finance, accounting and shared services.
- Lead ERP-enabled finance transformation from requirements to adoption.
- Develop client proposals, manage business development and client relationships.
