Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process & Learning Advisor to document, standardize, and sustain manufacturing processes across operations.

You will translate shop-floor knowledge into repeatable processes, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to support safe, reliable production. You will collaborate with production teams, QA/QC, engineering, and leadership to identify gaps, design sustainable controls, and drive continuous improvement through clear documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing, documenting, standardizing, and improving operational or manufacturing processes.
• Experience facilitating discussions with subject matter experts and translating operational knowledge into repeatable systems and documentation.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, SOPs, work instructions, visual controls, or similar operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Capture critical operational knowledge and translate into SOPs, work instructions, and visual management tools.
• Support new hire training, cross-training, and QA/QC initiatives.
• Support MES/ERP and related operational systems where applicable.
• Ensure documented processes reflect actual operations and stay current as changes occur.
