Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot equipment, and boost safety, quality, and productivity on the shift.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong adherence to PPE, and the ability to work 40+ hours including weekends as needed. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and demands versatile skills across electrical, mechanical, and process troubleshooting, plus clear communication and commitment to

Qualifications

• Certified in applicable ADS production platforms.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Proven electrical, mechanical, and process troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PPE compliance and a safe work environment.
• Support safety and quality training for shift personnel.
• Communicate unsafe conditions to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow ADS policies and procedures.
• Perform equipment inspections focusing on safety and processing parameters.
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and perform repairs.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Meet ADS quality specifications for products.
• Operate and maintain multiple production lines.
• Support continuous improvement and skills development.
