Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions with a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability. The Process Technician supports manufacturing operations, troubleshooting equipment and processes to improve safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires capability to cover 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Fully certified in applicable ADS production platforms.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Proven electrical, mechanical and process troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations and troubleshoot equipment to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Assist with maintenance and line support to ensure safe operation.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections with emphasis on safety and process parameters.
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues and perform repairs to meet production needs.
• Assist in Preventive Maintenance programs as required.
• Meet ADS quality specifications for all products produced.
• Operate multiple production lines and maintain equipment readiness.
• Support training for shift personnel on safety, quality and operations.
• Expedite changeovers efficiently and maintain facility housekeeping.
• Uphold ADS core values and safety culture.
