Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is hiring a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to join a fast-paced production line.

You will be responsible for packaging, labeling and final visual inspections, and you will assist Line Operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes while aiming for quality and efficiency. The role requires physical labor, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety.
• Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods.
• Track quantity of units produced from the production line to ensure efficiency.
• Utilize standard operating procedures to package pipe to be delivered to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE.
• Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and facility housekeeping.
