Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational performance in quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will lead continuous improvement efforts across the facility using lean principles and engineering know-how to eliminate waste from manufacturing processes.

The role requires a solid background in electronics manufacturing, DOE/DOE-like methods, and PLC/HMI programming as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with industrial engineering education.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement focus.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes with electronics exposure.
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming is a plus; ability to develop tooling and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to adapt to tight schedules and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacture of products ensuring engineering docs align with methods.
• Lead continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Plan and implement industrialization methods, tooling, and equipment.
• Develop processes to reduce waste and control costs.
• Manage projects and communicate across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
