Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years related experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with engineering calculations and FEA.
• Strong written and spoken English for reports and presentations.
• Experience establishing ISO-aligned quality practices.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical operations and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test and troubleshoot electromechanical access control products.
• Apply advanced mathematical analysis and FEA in validation of designs prior to prototyping and physical testing.
• Provide design solutions that fulfill product requirements, expressed and implied.
• Prepare formal reports on product status and summaries for executive staff.
• Define appropriate tolerances for parts within assemblies to ensure producibility and reliability.
