Ascend Performance Materials is seeking an Operations Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support for safe, reliable unit operation and to optimize processes using advanced methods and productivity plans.

You will drive performance, monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and support technology projects while collaborating with site teams to achieve safety, reliability, and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) required.
• 0–3 years of chemical industry experience.
• Process optimization background.
• Experience troubleshooting in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive unit performance to improve yields, usage, reliability, and quality.
• Maintain unit performance tracking program and productivity targets.
• Identify and implement ideas to improve material and energy usage.
• Develop and maintain operational entitlement models for optimal performance.
• Support technology projects and RCA investigations.
• Provide technical training and safety program participation.
