Confidential is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at a manufacturing facility in the region. You will drive talent development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions.

You will oversee capital projects, support program launches, and ensure safety and reliability across plant systems while partnering with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting is essential.
