GW Lisk Company Inc. in Clifton Springs, NY, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to bridge operations and engineering. You will troubleshoot production and test equipment, support continuous improvement, and ensure preventative maintenance across devices.

You will work with PLCs (Allen Bradley) to resolve issues, analyze data for process improvements, and assist in developing new manufacturing equipment specifications. Experience in manufacturing environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• 2+ years in a technical manufacturing environment is desired.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, data, manuals, and handbooks.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment (oscilloscopes, dielectric testers, ohmmeters).
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, motors, pumps, valves, and high‑pressure plumbing.
• Understanding of electrical circuitry and wiring inputs/outputs.
• Proficiency with Office and ERP software.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and diagnose process, equipment, and quality issues.
• Support manufacturing by diagnosing production and test equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Modify or repair components using hand tools and machining equipment.
• Provide training on production equipment and tools to operators.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain equipment database and assist with spare parts procurement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on new equipment specs.
• Provide data and troubleshooting info to maintenance and engineering teams.
• Interface with PLCs (Allen Bradley) to troubleshoot or modify programs.
