Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• GPA 3.0+ strongly preferred
• Experience not required but beneficial
• Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical data
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficiency in 3D Modeling (CREO preferred), FEA helpful, MS Office

Responsibilities

• Participate in new product development from creation to production
• Support design feasibility studies for performance, quality, cost, timing
• Perform electrical, mechanical and hydraulic testing as part of failure analyses
• Apply engineering principles to new designs or modifications
• Analyze test data to ensure design meets specs
