Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
5+ years of engineering leadership or manufacturing engineering management experience.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and equipment for new product launches.
Partner with Product Development to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, cost, and readiness.
Develop manufacturing technology roadmaps aligned with product and business strategies.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve capability and productivity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to industrialize new products and ensure successful launches.
