Ultra Clean Technology in Chandler, AZ seeks an Engineer II to support manufacturing operations by developing process documentation, optimizing assembly workflows, and ensuring product quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to streamline build procedures, resolve issues, and implement engineering changes, while contributing to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Manufacturing or related field; 2 years' manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years in high-technology manufacturing, preferably semiconductor capital equipment.
• AA in a technical field with more than 5 years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing ready documentation such as SOEs and Assembly Process Workflows.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the Manufacturing Engineer portion of system builds.
• Prepare/modify work instructions, BOM structures, and training curricula.
• Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
• Interact with customers and vendors, participate in customer meetings.
