LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for safe, efficient production and high-quality output.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to implement scalable systems, optimize material flow, and support production readiness through Lean, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or related field.
• 2–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC or similar).
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in assembly environments and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process flows.
• Design and optimize assembly processes, line layouts, and workstation configurations.
• Lead Lean improvements and RCA to reduce cycle time and improve OEE.
• Support NPI and process validation activities.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and maintain controlled documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material flow and ERP integration.
