Job summary

Jabil in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the work area, provide training, and help the team meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals according to procedures.

You will coordinate daily activities, support NP I/NB engineers with line launches, drive line efficiency and CIQ compliance, and develop operators for higher throughput while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic component handling.
• Familiarity with process flows and flow charts.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with Jabil systems.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot NP I and New Builds with 10%+ changes before production.
• Maintain and perform changeovers on assigned lines.
• Support NP I/NB Engineers with engineering builds and launches.
• Improve line balancing and machine programs for efficiency.
• Guide operators to achieve throughput and quality.
