Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I to support development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, tooling and production equipment. The role emphasizes process development, equipment design, testing, and structured problem solving within a cross-functional team.

You will contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while progressing toward independent process ownership under the Advanced Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of DOE, PFMEA, Control Plans and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes within project scope.
• Apply mechanical-engineering fundamentals to equipment and tooling.
• Lead small mechanical and process-improvement projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Document test plans, results and recommendations.
• Support installation, commissioning and qualification of equipment.
