Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide production support and lead multiple small to mid-size projects on our engineering team in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot, assist maintenance, and ensure equipment stays in control while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on work with equipment, knowledge of robotics and PLC concepts, and the ability to manage projects from concept through implementation within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Experience with metals manufacturing processes is a plus (machining, stamping, forging, or assembly).
• Experience managing small to mid-size projects.
• Strong problems identification and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support by troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Lead and manage small to moderately complex projects.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to increase productivity.
• Apply robotics programming knowledge and PLC troubleshooting when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
