You will work with operators and engineers to identify safety, quality, lead time, and efficiency opportunities, and help design practical solutions to improve how our products are made.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and process improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operators and engineers to identify safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Analyze product flow, reduce waste, and design effective manufacturing solutions.
