You will combine technical problem-solving, process analysis, and hands-on collaboration to improve safety, quality, productivity, and the overall manufacturing experience.

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and continuous improvement.
• Experience using data and structured problem-solving methods.

• Support production, new product introduction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to identify opportunities related to safety, quality, lead time, and dignity of work.
• Read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation; help design practical, effective solutions.
