Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead the shop floor and direct the off shift supervisor, championing safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will drive improvements in profitability, inventory turns and lead times, while mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet production goals. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong focus on Lean practices, and proven ability to manage production plans, capacity constraints, and safety

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or technical discipline.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role or with managing people.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership on the shop floor and direct the off shift supervisor.
• Improve safety, quality, profitability, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate hazard assessments, audits and inspections.
• Develop production plans and address capacity constraints.
• Enforce quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead Kaizens and manufacturing excellence programs.
• Communicate effectively and prepare regular reports on performance and issues.
• Support site security, emergency planning and pollution prevention initiatives.
