Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, elevate productivity, and optimize cost and quality on the shop floor.

The role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to deliver measurable results through practical problem solving and structured projects. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives from problem definition to sustainment, working directly on the floor to remove bottlenecks, and developing robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing experience with hands-on process improvement and problem solving.
• Fabrication, machining, CNC, welding, assembly, tooling, or fixtures experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for assigned improvements from initial problem definition through implementation and sustained results.
• Maintain strong follow‑through and accountability for commitments, actions, and project deliverables.
• Move from analysis to action; test practical solutions and maintain momentum while balancing safety, quality, cost, and operations.
• Lead manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation, validation, and sustainment.
