Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with production supervisors to improve efficiencies and throughput.
• Conduct root cause analysis for problem solving.
• Evaluate improvements and prepare feasibility studies with justified costs.
• Lead 5S/Continuous Improvement teams during Kaizen events.
• Manage major projects with outside vendors for timely completion.
• Identify processes where automation may be justified.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering on manufacturability of product.
