Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a manufacturing/process engineer to optimize workflows on the production floor and partner with Quality, Operations, and Engineering. You’ll refine methods, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements across the value stream.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, strong skills in CAD/SolidWorks, ERP/MRP, and a mindset for cost reduction and safety. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (or similar) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Fluency reading drawings and specs; experience in process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Observe workflows and refine methods for repeatability.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and processes to keep production running.
• Analyze cycle times, throughput, scrap, and rework to identify improvements.
• Design and improve jigs, fixtures, and tooling; propose upgrades.
• Translate drawings into robust builds; select appropriate manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process specs, BOMs, routings, and ERP records.
• Industrialize new products and changes for on-time, safe launches.
• Verify process capability and apply root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Resolve nonconformances with Quality and Supply Chain.
• Drive cost-reduction projects; support Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives.
