Job summary

Alinabal, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes across safety, quality, and cost metrics.

This hands-on role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to troubleshoot production issues, optimize methods, and implement sustainable improvements. Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar continuous improvement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with CAD and ERP tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, document, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Evaluate processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop production tooling, fixtures, equipment, and methods.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine appropriate processes.
