Job summary

Alinabal is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and improve processes on the production floor. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to troubleshoot issues, drive safety, quality, and productivity gains, and implement sustainable improvements.

The position emphasizes hands-on support, root-cause analysis, and seamless transitions of new products into efficient processes. A strong background in manufacturing engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, document, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Investigate manufacturing and quality issues using root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support the introduction of new products and engineering changes into production.
• Ensure processes are capable, repeatable, and compliant with safety/quality requirements.
