Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and improve procedures, tooling, and workflows on the production floor. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable improvements.

The role requires process development experience, CAD/ERP proficiency, and a hands-on approach to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing/process engineering environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical docs.
• Experience with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Lean/Six Sigma/5S familiarity.
• Experience with production tooling and fixtures preferred.
• CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, document, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine suitable processes.
• Maintain process documentation including work instructions and routings.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Lead or participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
