Job summary

Alinabal is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and optimize production processes on the manufacturing floor. You will troubleshoot issues, improve methods, and support tooling development while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to implement changes and maintain documented procedures. A 2–5 year background in manufacturing engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or related environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar CI methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, document, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Evaluate processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost.
• Develop and improve production tooling, fixtures, equipment, and methods.
• Review drawings, specs, and technical requirements to determine processes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, routings, BOMs).
• Support introduction of new products and engineering changes into production.
• Investigate manufacturing and quality issues using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze production data and performance indicators to identify opportunities.
