Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree with 3+ years experience or 6+ years manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering with no experience required; combination with experience preferred.
• Certifications and experience can substitute degree requirements with demonstrated peer training and data analysis.
• Must be able to write manufacturing documentation.
• Understands and can apply DOE, SPC, and structured problem-solving (DMAIC).
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install and qualify new process equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues on the production line.
• Identify system improvements that contribute to throughput, yield, and product performance.
• Design and execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data and report results.
• Interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects.
• Maintain drawings, process specifications, and standard operating procedures.
