Qualifications

• Journeyman cert with 5+ years industry experience or equivalent.
• 10+ years as a skilled technician; industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Install and qualify new equipment.
• Maintain gauges and process controls.
• Design and execute planned process experiments; analyze data.
• Collect daily equipment and product performance data.
• Train engineering technicians and production staff.
• Identify yield and product-performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain process control plans and SOPs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Domestic and international travel as required.
