Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering or related field; no experience required.
• Associate's Degree with 3+ years of technical experience or 6+ years in manufacturing.
• Certifications or experience can substitute for degree requirements with demonstrated training/mentorship and data analysis skills.
• Relevant industry experience and ability to train/mentors others.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Install and qualify new equipment.
• Maintain gauges and process documentation.
• Design and execute planned process experiments and analyze data.
• Collect data on daily equipment and product performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on projects.
• Train engineering technicians and production staff.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain process control plans and SOPs.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
