Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 2-3 years of process-engineering in field operations, process design and engineering, process optimization, reliability analysis.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or other modeling software.
• Problem solving skills, advanced technical skills, analytical thinker.
• Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to read, understand, analyze, and solve mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience applying reliability-centered maintenance principles (RCA, FMEA) and MTBF/MTTR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisors and staff with technical support related to 3D CAD modeling, robotics, closed-die forging, machine-shop operations, and related manufacturing processes.
• Conduct design reviews for new products and processes; support R&D in integrating new technologies into manufacturing.
• Assess existing manufacturing methods and research new technologies to improve current processes.
• Perform risk analyses, design and test processes, create reports, troubleshoot and resolve process concerns.
• Develop, maintain, and update standardized operating instructions with data analysis to support decision making.
• Improve electromechanical processes integrated with robotics through reliability-based improvement techniques.
