Job summary

MetaOption LLC seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with 0-3 years of related experience to define, develop, justify, and sustain cost-effective manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling in line with safety and quality goals. Emphasis on lean methods and productivity, aligned to customer requirements and product specs.

You will contribute to new or modified equipment projects, gather data, perform root-cause analysis, and support departmental initiatives while collaborating with Operations,

Qualifications

• 0-3 years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Distribution & Logistics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy: AutoCAD, Esprit CAM, Qlik, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to and manage small projects interfacing with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
• Develop, document, specify, and justify new machinery, equipment, tooling, and automation specifications.
• Analyze requests for changes to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, and fit for existing equipment.
• Recommend and develop manufacturing and logistics methods to reduce waste, cycle times, and improve quality.
