Track record of OEE improvement and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Optimize equipment performance across multiple production processes.
Respond to 24/7 production breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Lead equipment upgrades focusing on serviceability, reliability, and process capability.
Provide hands-on support and technician training.
Create and improve preventative/predictive maintenance documentation.
Troubleshoot ladder logic and Beckhoff controls; support Atlas Copco tools.
