Job summary

CDI Products, a Michelin Group Company, seeks a seasoned manufacturing engineer to drive operational excellence on the shop floor. You will provide hands-on technical support, optimize production processes, and lead continuous improvement projects to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency.

You will develop, validate, document, train, and sustain robust manufacturing processes in partnership with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and other support functions, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• 10 years of related manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in process support, problem solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily shop-floor technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Own OEE performance and drive improvements.
• Lead scrap reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform RCCA investigations for deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, routing sheets, and process parameters.
• Coordinate maintenance, tooling, and CAPEX documentation as needed.
