Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• 3+ years in manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) and GMP are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent technical communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings
• Willingness to work hands-on on the manufacturing floor

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve existing manufacturing lines and fixtures on the shop floor
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
• Apply Lean, GMP and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and variation
• Identify, analyze and address root causes to improve process performance
• Design or input on fixtures, equipment, and tools to enhance safety and efficiency
• Validate equipment and processes to meet production and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance and Engineering teams
• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders
• Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment
