Gore in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Entry-level Process Engineer to sustain and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality in a dynamic cross-functional setting with hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

The role involves leading projects from concept to implementation, designing fixtures and tooling, and performing validations to meet GMP and Six Sigma standards in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and statistical tools.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to identify root causes and perform risk-based decisions.
• Strong technical communication and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Hands-on in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Sustain existing manufacturing lines with ownership of performance.
• Apply Lean, GMP, and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation with schedules and milestones.
• Design or input on fixtures and equipment to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues by data analysis and root cause identification.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications per production needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
