Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or similar field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support achievement of critical success factors: Safety, Quality, Delivery/Lead-time Cost/Inventory Management and Cost of Quality.
• Develop and qualify new procedures and processes; address manufacturability issues with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Support Lean implementation and reduction of the cost of quality (COQ).
• Drive Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and implement root-cause solutions to improve processes and reduce nonconformances.
• Coordinate with all levels of the organization and present findings.
• Develop best practices and communicate via Visual Workplace, Training, and Area meetings.
• Participate in capital planning and implementation of new capital technology.
