Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to support on-site production, develop and maintain manufacturing processes, and lead investigations to improve yield and reduce scrap across server assembly lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years’ experience, with strong analytical skills, PFMEA/ Six Sigma familiarity, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and standard product development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on the production floor to resolve equipment or process-related issues.
• Create, validate, and document manufacturing processes (SOPs) including equipment/manpower requirements.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA and MPIs for server assembly and rack integration.
• Investigate and resolve operational problems to maintain smooth production.
