Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced manufacturing engineer to support production on the floor, develop SOPs, and lead process validation for server assembly. You will drive PFMEA, MPIs, and DFx improvements, while addressing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth line operations.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering, a solid Lean/Six Sigma foundation, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. On-site in Olive Branch, MS with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a similar manufacturing/engineering role.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and DFx concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel to other client sites.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support on the production floor for equipment/process issues.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes (SOPs) with equipment/manpower needs.
• Create Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and MPIs for server assembly and rack integration.
• Investigate operational problems to maintain smooth production.
• Lead ECO/ECN/MCO/PA/Deviation implementations on live lines.
• Lead First Article Inspection and validate process capability before mass production.
• Analyze line defects and drive root cause analysis to improve yield.
• Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to align quality objectives.
