Guhring, Inc. in Brookfield, WI, seeks an Industrial Engineer to lead process design, labor standards, and continuous improvement across tooling production. You will interface with quality, manufacturing, NPD, and process control to optimize workflows and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with strong Lean, 5S and ERP skills to drive efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing routings, labor standards and process structures.
• Create routings for reconditioning, coating and modified standard products.
• Provide technical drawings, process documentation and engineering support.
• Maintain ERP and manufacturing system data for planning, scheduling and cost reporting.
• Analyze routing accuracy, labor standards and costs of process changes.
• Conduct time studies to establish and improve labor standards and metrics.
• Monitor production performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve work center performance and work instructions.
• Audit processes for compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support tooling, fixtures, equipment procurement and process enhancements.
