Job summary

The candidate will maintain ERP data, analyze costs, and lead Lean initiatives including 5S and Kaizen to improve throughput and quality. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of IE principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with labor standards development and time studies.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve routings, labor standards, and process structures.
• Create routings for reconditioning, coating, and modified products.
• Provide technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering support.
• Maintain ERP data for planning, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Analyze routing accuracy and costs of process changes.
• Conduct time studies to establish labor standards.
• Monitor production performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve work center performance.
• Audit processes for compliance and identify improvements.
• Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen initiatives.
