The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of experience, with hands-on CAD (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements and lean initiatives
• Develop and maintain facility and production layouts
• Support capacity planning, equipment implementation, and process optimization
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve performance and productivity
• Support new product introductions and ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the facility
