The candidate will manage teams, leverage technical expertise to optimize workflows, and collaborate across disciplines to align on strategy and execution. A strong communicator with project experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required with 3–4 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
- High school diploma/GED with 6+ years in Industrial Engineering also considered.
Responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing engineering tasks and direct staff as assigned, focusing on tactical execution.
- Apply analytical thinking to optimize processes and ensure adherence to standards of quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Lead small projects, mentor less experienced colleagues, and communicate performance expectations clearly.
