Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Two years manufacturing experience required.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives including Capacity expansions, safety improvements, Lean, Cost Out and Productivity projects.
• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Validate design specs and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
• Specify and procure equipment and tooling to meet production, quality and growth needs.
• Develop and implement VCP projects and ensure successful completion.
• Support NPI and TOW projects and related equipment.
• Collaborate with production to identify automation opportunities and productivity improvements.
• Apply Lean methodology to drive innovations and improvements.
