Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Industrialization-focused engineer to drive process quality across manufacturing. You will lead quality initiatives, qualify new products and processes, and coordinate technology transfers, tooling, and initial production runs.

You will mentor engineers, optimize processes, and contribute to design-for-manufacturing reviews, ensuring safety and quality metrics are met throughout production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) from an accredited university or college or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of industrial quality experience.
• Minimum of 6 additional years of experience in Production Process Control.
• U.S. person status due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Develop process quality and product quality techniques and implement across industrialization efforts.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives.
• Focal point for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, and new process inductions; manage tooling, fixturing, programming, and initial production runoffs.
• Execute and own the qualifications of new products and processes for a smooth hand-off to production.
