Job summary

Mondel53z International invites applications for a Manufacturing - Process Engineer Intern role across multiple U.S. locations, including Richmond, VA. You0ll work on the production floor with site engineering and operations teams to understand processes and drive improvements.

You0ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, tackle process optimization, waste reduction, and TPM initiatives, while exploring Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools as part of a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• US work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the United States
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on the production floor and with site engineering/operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and overall performance of manufacturing processes.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
