Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2026 to Spring 2028
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply lean manufacturing methods to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with standard work development including time studies and capacity analysis.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help design fixtures, tooling, gauges, and workflow improvements.
• Prepare project updates and final presentations for leadership.
